"Cum on, feel the noize.."

The first words uttered from my dad when he saw me waltzing round the house in my new vintage trousers..."You look like Noddy Holder! If your DM's were the boots you'd be spot on..."

Not exactly the look I was going for, gotta be honest, but I love it all the same! I was rooting through my favourite shop, Cow, on my last weekend in Brum when I stumbled across these beauties! They're so so high waisted, which creates such a flattering shape.

The pale checks definitely do give a '70s vibe though, which of course is all the rage at the moment! Teamed with a moss green roll neck and vintage train case to really max out that throwback look. I'm also wearing my new pale tortoiseshell glasses, and I'm loving how they look with a nude lip.

I threw on my oversized wool boyfriend coat to change up the silhouette and keep those dastardly chills away. Once again, roll on Spring! (Although I will miss my coat collection). Next time I blog I will be living in the big smoke, the one & only London Town.

Keep cool, guys.

Autumn Vibes in Midwinter.

Hi!

So never one to stick to the rules, I found this beautiful Fedora in Peacocks over the weekend & couldn't resist styling it into a gorgeous autumnal outfit. Especially as there's still some leaves knockin' about on my driveway! All pieces are current, so I guess it's allowed! ;)

Burgundy is my favourite colour so I'll be rinsing everything I own before Spring comes around. I actually cannot wait for some warmer weather...a London summer is calling me! But for now, I'm still loving anything cosy, like the Shearling detailing on this textured coat, and of course a hat to keep your noggin' (Brum slang for a head, of course!) warm, and finish off any look perfectly!

I've never met a stripe that I didn't like.

Good evening, bloggers. Today's outfit was born out of chaos; basically me trying to be organised and plan my outfits for Paris! As I mentioned earlier, red lips and a Breton stripe are chic staples, but I wanted to try & toughen up the look so it wasn't so girly. I teamed my vintage pleated midi with chunky boots and a longline blazer - I absolutely love how this blazer really completes an outfit but is so easy to wear. I think the high neck detailing makes this otherwise simple top really chic and understated.

It's still a liiiiiittle bit too chilly to head outside in a blazer and barely there tights, so this might not be the most practical of looks but it's certainly a favourite!

Viva la France, and catch you all soon.

I woke up like this.

Hello. My name is Sasha Dior. Welcome to my blog.

2015 so far has seen many things come to an end for me, but of course as we all know, as one door closes another opens. With a new job in a new city now closer than ever, I thought what better time to start a blog of my journey!

'Eye of the Tiger' will be full of my favourite five - Fashion, Beauty, (Vegan) Food, Travel...and Pugs :) You can also catch me on Instagram @tigersash and if anyone has any questions, direct them to my email tigersash23@gmail.com !

For now, it's a cosy day drinking coffee, listening to Basement & and reading quite possibly my favourite book of all time - 'How to be Parisian'. Seriously guys, if you haven't picked up this book yet YOU MUST. It's just wonderful. And with my trip to Paris now just 10 days away, I imagine I'll have nailed the art of how to be chic whilst wandering the streets in red lipstick and Breton stripes. Here's hoping, anyway.

Happy Friday, everyone!
